SEVENTEEN is a celebration and study of the aromas and flavors of German hops. And knowing our fetish for those beautiful green cones, you can be confident that the contents of this bottle are well hopped for your olfactory pleasure. Cricket Hill has done it again! We have brewed the magnificent dark lager that was a favorite of our tour goers in last year’s trial experiment. Our Cricket’s Nocturne combines a mild crispness with subtle toasty, chocolate notes to make it the perfect thirst quencher on days when there’s a chill in the air. It’s a great accompaniment to hearty Autumn or Winter meals, or dessert by the fireside. This American dark lager’s unique balance of easy drinkability and richness of flavor make it a classic Cricket Hill delight!

Best With: 
Dark lagers are the ideal accompaniment to all manner of sausages, particularly hearty variations including bratwurst and kielbasa. It also works beautifully with baked ham.

Honoring the eclectic East Side of the city, this Bavarian dark lager is a blend of three specialty grains, creating a rich, smooth, dark beer that anyone can enjoy.

Pours a clear, dark color with a nice off-white head. Hints of roasted malts find their way into the aroma, and form a pleasant background to the dark, rich flavor. The German lager yeast rounds out this brew with a smooth, complex finish. It's art in brewed form!

Best With: 
Beef dishes especially go well with this brew the roasted malt character stands up well to their rich flavor. Ideal serving temp: 48-50° F.

Mørketid (The Norwegian name for midwinter polar darkness) is a German Schwartz beer (black beer) Sweet chocolaty nose with slightly spiced notes up front leading to maple and molasses flavors and a hint of nuts with a quick dry finish.
