American Pale Wheat Ale
Strength (ABV):

Starting with beer-perfect Krebs water, we blend American Malted Barley, wheat, adn roasted malts with American-grown Libery and Cascade hops to creat more than just a beer... a legendary Choc beer is unfiltered, so all of the flavor we create stays where it belongs. And since it's unfiltered, you may notice a cloudy haze in the beer. This is normal.

Santa Fe Wheat

Beer Style - Weizen
Self-Defined Style:
American Pale Wheat Ale
Strength (ABV):
5.3% ABV

A true Bavarian wheat yeast, sixty percent wheat malt, and German hops make Santa Fe Wheat Beer as true to the style as any American rendition can be. German Wheat Beer, with its hints of banana and clove, its delectable, spicy, hops, and its pale golden color, is becoming increasingly popular in America’s craft brewing world, and with good reason: wheat beers are both light enough to please light beer drinkers, and complex enough to please true micro-brew connoisseurs.

English Festival Ale
Strength (ABV):
6.2% ABV
Bitterness (IBU):
17 IBU

Whitsun is our Spring/Summer Seasonal, a wheat beer brewed with just the right amount of coriander, orange zest and Michigan honey. Wheat gives the beer a slightly viscous texture while offering pleasant bready flavors. Honey provides an earthy sweetness not often found in beers of this style. Coriander and a light hop addition add balance and never allow the sweetness to be cloying.

Grilled Whitefish, Salads with Oranges and Nuts, Cantonese Cuisine, Sushi, Cranberry Muffins, Goat’s Milk Cheeses

Heavy Weizen explores the inner depths of creativity and craftsmanship, taking a style of ale that is delicate and quaffable and shaping it into something exuberant and sturdy. The foundation of Heavy Weizen begins with prodigious quantities of North American malted barley and wheat. Next, the finest European hops are added to complement this ale’s unique disposition by giving it spicy aromas. Its spirit is forged during fermentation where our Bavarian weizen yeast consumes sugars and creates flavors reminiscent of bananas and cloves.

Senator Joseph McCarthy. The Hollow Earth Society. Members of the Spanish Inquisition. All convinced they were blessed with the gift of clarity. And proof that clarity might be overrated.

Sometimes, being unclear—and a little flexible—is a good thing. Like when you are looking for the perfect refreshment. Dundee Wheat Beer combines wheat and yeast into a refreshing hefeweizen-style brew. Unfiltered, so it is slightly cloudy and pleasantly unclear.

So the next time you’re convinced you’re right about what you’ve been drinking, give a little “unclarity” a try.
