We recommend a serving of spicy foods with our IPA. Chilies, gumbos, Asian and Mexican cuisine go very well. Try pairing with these different cheeses too; peppery cheeses like pepper jack or salty cheeses like blue and sharp ones like aged cheddar. A more pungent cheese like gorgonzola will pair extremely well too.
