Wheat Beer Does it get any sunnier than two people in love? Sunshine Wheat came into the world as Wedding Wheat, a beer Jeff brewed in celebration of his wedding to Kim. A filtered wheat beer, Sunshine Wheat swirls in the mouth with ripples of coriander and orange peel tartness, settling into a sea of honey and apple tones.

An easy drinking beer, this wheat beer with great acidity, a nice citrus nose, and balanced hops would pair nicely with many summertime faves. For instance, slightly spicy dishes such as Gambas Al Ajillo (a Spanish dish consisting of chili, garlic, and white wine sautéed shrimp) and pan seared lighter fleshed seafood with a citrus vinaigrette are perfect.
