Nebraska Brewing Company was formed in November of 2007 and is a Distributing Brewpub located in Papillion, Nebraska. The Husband & Wife Team of Paul & Kim Kavulak works very hard to create remarkable Craft Beers & a great menu.
Nebraska Brewing Company is the result of the deep Craft Beer passion in Paul – and the tolerance of his wife Kim. The path to brewing began in 1992 when home experimentation was just a hobby. The homebrewing continued until the Siebel Institute was the next logical step. Around this time, the Cardinal Pale Ale proved to be the epiphany – when it went past the quality of what could be purchased locally. The year was 2005 and this became the turning point. It was at that time that many of the recipes were refined and the plans to open a brewpub were solidified.
Just prior to opening, Nebraska Brewing Company was fortunate enough to pick up both Brewer Tyson Arp and Chef Adam Graybill to round out our team. We feel we’re creating some of the best products the Midwest has to offer – and we’d like you to experience them.
7 Draft Beers are in Distribution along with our Bottled Reserve Series. Many of these beers have won awards or accolades in various competitions and while we’re pleased with our Craft Beers to-date – we’re not the sort to rest on the accomplishments of the past.
Current Distribution exists in the States of Nebraska and Iowa and is soon to include New York.
